Renewable Energy has a new advocate in the form of David Attenborough.

Sir David told BBC Breakfast that “We only take one 5000th part of the energy the sun sprays on the earth every day” and “we need to tap into this in the next ten years in order to solve the problems of global warming considerably”.

The TV naturalist has given his backing to a ten-year project to develop clean energy technology and will attending the UN climate conference in Paris.
