Client
The new development for Keynsham Town Hall & Civic Centre has replaced the 1960s buildings to provide 68,000sqft of new council offices.
Solarsense worked closely with Willmott Dixon to design and install the 243kWp solar PV solution across a number of roofs.
Task
The installation for Bath and North East Somerset Council is one of the largest local authority owned single-site PV installations in the UK.
The system was designed to power the new town hall and council building – saving more than £27,500 per year in energy bills alone.
Technologies installed
- Solar PV panels
